From the basement of time

Eventually, all the roads merged into a park, and a river runs through it.  So we pulled in, got out, and went fishing. All of the water is cold right now, but this short tailwater is the only cold-water fishery we have here in this part of the state.  Ben had managed a nice brown on a streamer around Christmas time, so he was game to return when Seth suggested we meet him there.

Seth works some fast stuff.

Ben plies the deep

Brayshaw is not funny.

Ben took some nice photos as well...

After Ben and I left, Seth's friend caught a fish.  I liked Seth's friend, but I wish I'd caught the fish.
